I want to remove the spoiler on my 380.
I don't know why the previous owner put one on there.. It is a huge distraction when looking in my rear view..Blocks 70% of my vision..'
Would I be able to do it myself? Is the patch up work dificult?
Or is it best to get it done by a pro..?

Easy to remove, undo four bolts and maybe two angled bracing screws (if they are fitted) from underneath the bootlid.
But it will leave four holes in the bootlid.
Two choices - plug the holes with grommets for a cheap ghetto fix, or get then filled by a pro and the whole bootlid resprayed for an expensive proper fix.
Edit - forgot the third fix - get a replacement bootlid from a wrecker, but good luck finding one in the right colour in A1 condition.
Second edit - swap the bootlid with someone else with the same colour 380 who wants a spoiler. That would be the best solution, but only a slim chance.
