Apart from checking that the window glass is properly seated in the top runner; a spray with silicon lubricant to the window rubbers will stop all wind noise.

What about the mirror? The small gap in the mirror housing tends to whistle on mine at speeds over about 60 lol

Just one of many design faults of the 3rd gens, I put some sticky tape over that gap, one other main design fault is if you like the steering wheel in a low position you can't see the blinkers or the high beam indicator or the top of the speedo and the tacho, strange Mitsubishi never fixed this problem
