Hi everyone, today I drove my car around and then stopped off some where for about half an hour. Went back to my car to go home and put the car in reverse and it stalled. Popped it into neutral and the revs dropped and stalled. Again restarted and it stalled. Each time it stalled it restarted no problems straight away. I drove 15 minutes home and it stalled anytime that she was almost stationery. Made it home and then checked later and she's idling ok. Put multimeter on and she went up to 14v and dropped to around 13.8 with engine running. Then with the engine off left the multimeter on and it dropped slowly don to 12.9v.
Suggestions? Im thinking i may need to get the Alternator bushes done.

Checked the idle speed control valve for gunk and/or a failed winding in the ISC stepper motor?

The electrical behaviour you observed is completely normal.... Plus you weren't getting a charge light on the dash I assume?

Like Wytwun said, start with the throttle body and ISC.

Cleaned out the throttle body in my sons TJ sports, made a huge difference on idle
