Just a question on the climate control display in my s2 tj ralliart.

It is very dull in day time works fine in the night time, obviously, lol just wondering if the led's can be replaced as im assuming they become less efficient over time.

Normal bulbs, ha, get your facts right
To start with, they are not a LED, and you will need to search for Neo T2 and T3 bulbs.
There is a good write up on here detailing how to change the bulbs.

Don't these have independent day/night brightness? As in the dimmer works without the lights on to adjust daytime brightness?

No they don't. The dimmer only works when the headlights are on, without the headlights on the dimmer doesn't affect the climate control display

Ive done it with an LED Strip because I hated to Neo LED's, you will find it detailed in my build log.

There are neo bulbs in there from the factory.

Depending if you get lucky the center display bulbs may be replaceable. I noticed this on a spare climate control i picked up from a wreck

So just curious which bulbs are required? Type part no etc.
