Mates told me that on one side at the rear I had no reverse or tail lights, so I replaced them and the reverse is fine but no joy with the tail/brake light.

Is there anything I could check or is this a known problem maybe?

Do you have a tow bar loom? I had this problem and found that it was a loose wire in the tow bar loom.

Yes, we have a tow bar, it's been in a while.

Blown Fuse. I had a blown fuse and caused this problem. Also affected dash lighting up, made it slower to illuminate.
