I have a 96 TE and I'm having a problem adjusting the headlights. I am unable to adjust the lights horizontally but I can adjust them vertically.. When I try to move the adjuster nothing happens, I have looked in the manual but there's no information about it.

Someone might have broken the cog, I've seen it happen when people try to use a drill with a phillips bit to adjust the headlights.

Thanks. They're working now - I used an electric drill to adjust them.
