When it rains the driver's side headlamp of my 2005 GT clouds over badly with moisture. Never had this happen to LHS headlamp. It eventually clears when I remove the cover and bulb for a few days. I have checked and can't see any reason for moisture getting in. Am i missing something?

Cheers

Going from memory here, but I think there is a moisture drain hole on the back of the light assembly, a small 90 degree angled piece of rubber tubing about 6 mm in diameter. Check that this tube isn't blocked or kinked.

That tube is for pressure equilisation, at night the light cools down and needs to suck in some air, reverse that when it heats up - if it is blocked, the light will suck in air elsewhere, plus moisture if it is raining.

I suffered the same in my passenger side
Someone recommended removing the caps on the back
I have done this and had no moisture issues since and thats including driving in the full on recent rains
