Hey guys, I went to check my Spark Plugs today and as I was pulling the lead out it snapped, obviously with it being so old! I noticed that where the spark plug sits there is a bit of oil on there, in all of three at the front (haven't checked the back yet) would they be O-Rings?

Common fault.
The plug tube seals go hard with age and heat, and oil from the top of the head finds its way in there.
Most people discover this problem only when replacing a leaking rocker gasket. The rear head seems to leak more frequently, so very likely the back bank is leaking too.
The rocker gasket kits come with new plug tube seals - I bought from forum sponsor Mal (Google his business Mitsfix). Fairly easy half day job changing them out, provided you follow Mal's guide and
a) take pictures as you go
b) gently reshape the inner tin of the rocker cover lid so the new gasket sits in there and won't fall out when you turn it upside down
c) use a torque wrench and alternating sequence to bolt the rocker cover back down - over torquing doesn't fix leaks - in fact it causes more by bending the rocker covers (very thin) out of shape permanently damaging them
The plug seals are the easy bit. Once the rocker cover is off, just lift the old seals off, and push the new ones on.
Consensus on new spark plug leads seems to be genuine - best quality by a mile, and not much different in price to genuine.

If there are any bits of rubber left down the spark plug tubes, have fun digging them out so you can get to the plugs themselves. Make sure it is clean down there before you pull the spark plugs, otherwise oil and bits of rubber will get into the engine through the spark plug hole.
The seals are more like doughnuts than "O" rings, problem is they sit under the rocker covers.
You will need 2 rocker cover gaskets, 6 plug tube seals, new plug leads, and maybe new spark plugs.
Probably a job best left to a mechanic, unless you are competent at DIY car jobs.
