View Full Version : TJ Magna, Heater Core Bypass. Urgent

Generally clueless about car stuff, woke up today with a pool of coolant in my passenger side. Took a bucket and got the liquid out and I've read it's most likely the heater core leaking.

I read you can easily bypass it which would be great if I knew where it was.. I can't believe google was so hopeless so hopefully someone can help me out. Ruined my Australia day haha

Is this the heater core hoses pictured? I'll need the car tomorrow for work so hoping I can fix it now.

Yes they are the hoses.

Yep they are heater hoses.

How did you go? did you workout how to bypass the heater core?

Couldn't go pick up a hose connector piece as every store was shut for Australia Day, but I'm taking a day off to fix it all tomorrow.

Shouldn't be much of a hassle
