My whiteline rear sway bar has arrived and I'm getting it fitted next week. I am also getting new shocks. I tried for KYB but the bloke in the shop said the rears weren't available until NOVEMBER!!!!
Anyway he quoted me $550 plus fitting for a set of four Boge 'gas' shocks. I still have the stock springs and don't intend to lower the car. Anyone got any comments on the Boge shocks good or bad?

just did a quick search on google and found this from some other forum:

I got another quote from a different shop for Koni Specials (red). They will supply them and fit them, and my rear sway bar for $1079 including wheel alignment. Am I mad?

I've been phoning around again. Koni don't do a red for the gen3 so I rang the bloke back and he agreed that the reds thing was incorrect but he went ahead and ordered the yellows which he is going to do for the $1079 fitted including alignment and fitting the rear sway bar. Good price?

Boge is just a European 'Monroe' - nothing terribly special in design nor manufacture and certainly not with the reputation for longevity of Koni or Bilstein

Go for the Koni Yellows (adjustable). You will be impressed and Koni's are super high quality.
