Hey guys, it's been a while since Ive been on here...

So recently an issue with my drivers side lock has started - I can lock/unlock the door with the key from the outside, but when Im in the car & I try & lock it, it wont...
Ive taken the door card off today hoping it would be a simple fix, but it looks more complicated than I was hoping for!

When I lock/unlock the door with the key (from the outside obviously), the rod from the key lock pulls the lock mechanism up & down.
When I try & lock the door from the inside, it's a different rod & it wont actuate the lock for some reason - something is causing it to jam up.

Can someone offer some useful advise to fix this? Im broke atm & Im hoping to be able to fix this myself without having to get a mechanic involved...

Only thing you can do is lubricate any moving points and see where it is binding
