Is there any way I can make my alloys darker / smoked? any magic paint, or spray or.........

I want them like this:

I'm actually following up this place re that same issue with those same rims - I find it annoying they're only clear coated on the outside. Try looking for a similar company closer to you. I've emailed this mob re a costing - will post back if you like re the answer.

You will probably have to remove the tyres to respray them or coat them darker, you could get a paint shop to tint some clear coat, and spray that on yourself or get a panel shop to do it, your call, but probably gonna cost $100 a wheel to get done, unless you do it yourself.

Anyways, as for making them darker, u get them sandblasted, and coated etc. WHy don't u get 'em dipped? :P
