I've hear you cant get lsd for auto's, but ive read in a post somewhere that they would be really expensive like $2500, so can they be sourced and they are just really expensive or you just cant get them?
The alternative is to get traction control. How much would this cost? and how much of a good alternative for a lsd would it be?

i'm pretty sure both would be very difficult/impossible unfortunately... adding traction control would almost definately mean changing ecu's (which on magnas is VERY crap/difficult/expensive... pick one) and god knows what else! (doesn't it work off the ABS system somehow?) and as far as i know there are no LSD's for auto magnas... :(
does anyone know if there were auto, non-mivec V6 versions of the FTO's? if there are LSD's for these there might be a slim chance...

LSD is definately the better way. im sure if you tred you could get a cusco one for about $1500-2000, and im told installation is easy, just a few hours

yeah, go the lsd
I've heard that the ralliart magna has a torque sensing lsd fitted...

In a post that mitsiman wrote that i found while doing a search he said he might be able to source them but depending on how many ppl want them they may be like $2000-$2500. so i suppose you can get them but it depends really how much you want lsd for the auto.

Correct on the manual versions...
The tiptronic Ralliarts have traction control and no LSD however.
