Sounds like it will go hard man. But I recken just take it to the skid pan and do some circle work if you've got the LSD spec triton!! :D

u obviously have the fuel injected triton.

my mate has the turbo diesel. there is also a turbo nissan navara i think it is getting around town, and it has some go!

if i may, could i suggest turboing that engine rather than supercharging it. the astron will handle a turbo much better than it will a supercharger. its been talked about alot lately, so try the search function and u might find out some other helpful points.

regrinding ur cam to mild specs (just like i have done) will make ur tappets noisy, as the self adjusting tappets cannot adjust enough to the reground cam. i would sugguest u go all out and get a proper mild cam from somewhere. get in contact with Crow Cams as on their website they have stated that their mild cam will NOT work with the efi magnas (could b also related to efi tritons)

definately upgrade valve springs. good quality radiator is a great idea, as is an intercooler whether u turbo or supercharge. i couldnt really tell ya which supercharger to use sorry.

engine management system, definately go the Wolf 3D as ive heard it is very programmable... easy to use i should say. i dont think there is too much difference between the RPW headers and the pacemakers, so wateva is cheaper will do the job. they are both quality.

hope this helps anyway.

thanks for that its not efi at the moment but the new motor will be i would like to try and stick to supercharger just for the fact that it hasnt been done much and i much prefer the sound of a buzzing supercharger over the spooling of a turbo

thanks for you help

you can get Camshafts from a guy in the states for a good price. The camshafts are what we use in U.S. Starions that came stock turbocharged. The Hydraulic Roller Rockers from the 6g72 Mitsubishi engine will work well with a reground camshaft they have a rocker ratio of 1.6 versus the stock ratio of 1.5. We do this as a performance upgrade in the states It give's a little more lift than stock.

For the valve springs a company by the name of Schneider makes heavy duty springs for around $40.00 U.S. they are a high quality spring.

For pistons I would suggest Wiseco Forged pistons. They have minimal expansion and are far superior to stock pistons. You can get a set of those for around 400.00 U.S. We usually do a group purchase for them at the Starion Forum. If you need any stateside info. Pm me or Email me at jcrawfordjr@hotmail.com I'd be glad to help.

You'll need some injectors for this setup. I know 13BT once fit, VR4.

i have rb20 injectors, name a price and they are urs.

perfect cond.

ide supercharge probably turbo before supercharge but supercharge would be cooler for sure, probably more power if u did it propperly yoo.

I recomend getting an autronic, or haltech ECU. quite good and a fraction of the cost of a motec. similar price compared to the piggy back stuff
