paint em your self .
you have the net get some info
go to an auto paint store ask for a liter or 2 and bring in your petrol cap for a colour match and tell them that your going to paint your bumpers and side mouldings they will put in some flex aid or equivelent in the paint
and look for a diy auto shop with a spray booth you could prep them at home and paint them there
there is no better satisfaction than doing it your self
and telling everybody that you did do it yourself

i did my bumpers and door moulds by myself using spray cans, cost me about $120 all up.

What you will need.
Sandpaper
Paint (2-3 BIG cans in your colour)
Spray Putty (at least 1 can per bumper)
Plastic Primer (2-3 cans)
Clear Coat (1 can per bumper)

How to do it.

Take off your bumpers
Sand them back to the plastic (unless unpainted already)
Give them a clean grease/tar/wax remover or liquid sugar soap. Basically u want them as clean as possible.
Apply 2-3 coats of Primer, let it dry as per directions on can.
Apply 2 coats of spray putty, and make sure u fill in any dents or scratches in the bumper with it, let this dry over night.
Give the putty a light sand so its nice and smooth, clean all the dust off it with a rag.
Apply another 2-3 coats of Primer.
Apply 5-6 even coats of paint, letting it dry as directed on the can.
Apply as much clear as desired, i used 1 can per bumper.

Its just a basic guide, but it gives u an idea of what u need to do. Make sure u apply everything in light coats, u dont want to get paint runs and have to start all over again.

Pics of mine can be seen HERE (http://www.cardomain.com/memberpage/356409) (hadn't painted the door moulds yet when i took the pics)

My Metallic silver 2 tone cost me $60 ALL UP, thats cuz i did it myself. Do exactly what samurai said, and if you dont wanna do it yourself, i'm sure theres plenty of people on here that would do it for nothing or next to nothing.

I wouldn't advise you paint any part of your car unless you know what you are doing.. If it's going to cost you $120 or so to do it yourself a long with all the hassles and time involved you might as well pay an extra $80 and get it done professionally and with no hassles or time wasted. P.S. Getting your car colour coded on a white TR looks great!! Trust me as I bought mine with it already done, the mudflaps and all.

the problem Chief is that it cost quite a bit more then $200 to paint the two bars and side moulds professionally.
