you mean factory speakers?
well generally genuine stuff costs more than aftermarket,
my advice, spend you money on quality aftermarket stuff rather than install factory speakers.

All that from the factory? Now that is quite impressive. Good stuff.

Like Mercury said, are you looking for OEM equipment or aftermakret stuff mate?

yer the standard sound system is really good aye.
got to love the japanese touch.
well yer i dont want the factory ones i think im after probably after market with maybe a second sub next to the factory one in the pantry tray. will have to do a bit of cutting but ill eventually have the two ten inch subs run off an amp and the 6 by 9s from the head unit.
actually if for you people that dont have the factory sub i know the jap cars do but check in the boot under the boot you see where your back speakers there is a slot for the sub its round next to a square one in the middle of the bottom of the back tray if that makes any sense.

but the ones i really need to replace now are the two door ones in the front because they have blown up. is there anywhere to get good ones online that fit the diamante

Cutting into the rear parcel shelf is a red sticker offence.

according to the law. you are not supposed to remove any metal bits from your car.

if you do end up removing bits. then you will need to have engineered and re-inforced.

a factory 10" sub? What the...?

Didn't mitsu fit a free-air sub in the parcel shelf on the Ralliart?

no, they don't put any Subs in the Ralliart. But speaking of Free Air Subs... Pioneer has released one recently (on show at JB Hi-Fi) and it sounds great. Naturally not as good solution as the boxed counterparts but nevertheless it does sound good for free air design.

It was an option in the Ralliarts here in Aus.

They removed the option as they found the bass from the 10 inch sub was causing the 6x9's to blow due to vibration.

the sub in the back is a free air one as well. it works alongside the 6 by 9s ill post a pic of the set up once the car gets back. grandmother has stolen it for the morning.

my dads old fairmont (AU with premium sound) had a free to air sub but i always thought it was pretty crappy, never offered much bass.

What does it look like at the top? The parcel shelf I mean...

the shelf itself looks like a noral diamante with the two 6 by 9 slots but im the center it has what u can see is the sub speaker which is off center because it has the slot on the other side that can take a speaker the same size. but at the moment it is just a hole that is like a sock to store stuff
