yea modify my car. com is good for things like this

it never had 2nd gens tho so i had to modify the diamante one to look like em.. lol

i thought i did a good job

Oh and i recon go for red (classic) or black.. a nice shiny black would look different, not stand out too much, and easy to keep clean :D

black, its a more subtle and cleaner look.. if you go yellow or blue it will look ricey in my opinion..

black looks cool but u cant really tell (mate done it on his VS) easy to clean tho (cant tell when its dirty)

i would go blue on your car, im going blue on mine only coz everyone always has red, or i was thinking a silver colour, so many options!

When painted mine, I came up with a very important lesson:

Even if I had not painted the calipers red (it *is* a bit ricey) I would definately 100% paint the rotor black. That is the centre of the rotor, the edge and the dust sheild.
Removing all that rust made a huge difference.

Red if you want people to see it.

Black for your own satisfaction.

honestly I think the best combo is black rotors / dust guard and red claipers. Can be a bit tricky to do but if you take your time the result is worth it. Im in love with mine

i'm gonna have to say,

not black cant see no point,
not red doesnt go with blue...
you not gonna see to much with your cali's. but if your painting under the hood bits aswell.

that blue that you have on your sit covers in the piccy. nice likeable colour and stands out a little and different too.. that look

and if you think mmmmm might look alright buy a $10 spray can paint one have a look, experiment.

hmmmm, now im confused... i was going to do the rocker cover the same colour as my seat covers/ console thinggy... but i dunno if that would be to much doing the engine and brakes aswell.... but your rite, its only $10... i might give it a go on the weekend

just try a cali, and maybe batttery cover stand back have a look picture it , just member to clear so it seals better for under the hood when ya choice which one.... :)

shouldnt be too much if your doin under hood and brakes coz well when ya driven you can only see one... unless you drive wit the hood up

Thanks man.

I think it took me about a day and and half. (of course, most was waiting for paint to dry)

Once I got to both on the same side it went pretty quickly.

I like Blake's, but I decided not to paint the top of the actual brake pad, so you can see the "curve" of the caliper more. Took me a while to mask it all up.
