Righto have been talking with a mate and he thinks that with the Greddy computer that once installed there is no need for the Maf sensor as the computer now handles this.......Does someone have a better view on this or know the facts??

Huh? Then how will it know the mass of air that's entering the engine and use the right about of fueling?

As far as I understand (doing some research at the moment), you can have a MAP sensor installed in conjuction with the MAS/MAF already in your car, and the greddy will use both. You cant however remove the MAS/MAF. You can only do that with a completely aftermarket ECU.
