Looking at some handling options for my 3rd gen. Strut brace; front and rear sways $700 fitted. All products are Whiteline. What do you think of the price? Had to ring Whiteline myself cos car toys reckon that whiteline don't make for TH magna's. Some sales reps need a good ass whipping.

I reckon you would spend at leat 500 on the parts, so some 200 on the labour for few hours. And all under warranty too. Not bad.
But - if you are not too concerned about warranty etc, it's not that difficult to do it your self if you have some tools (bare hands won't do  )
Agree with that ass whipping!

I recently had a front sway bar installed.. only took a couple of my friends an hour, was alot easier than they thought, they managed to put the thing in without dropping some part that they were sposed to.. they did have a compressor which made easy work of all the bolts, but it seemed very very simple.. Apparently the back is a bit more difficult, especially since u have to install the mounts, but it shouldnt take that long either.
I paid $170 for the sway bar, and was quoted the same for the rear, thats just a standard heavy duty one, non-adjustable.
Cant tell how much difference it made to the handling, cos i had it lowered and new shocks installed at the same time.. but now i have minimal body roll.. corners soooooo much better :D

Considering the parts alone would cost about $450, $250 for labour isnt too bad...
