can i use the stock shocks with Lovell's 30mm lowering springs front and back?
my car has done 140,000km, and the shocks are already a bit noisy, and how much would
and how does Lovell compare to other brands like Pedders and King?
thx!

I strongly suggest you do NOT reuse.
besides it is about time they get changed to something performancey
well i lowered mine after 200 000km's on standard shocks its on 260 000km's now and they are just starting to go...
although mine is a sports, apparently has diff shocks ??
I lowered my TE onto Kings Lows and Super Lows and didnt change the shocks... dosent seem to have caused an Issue for me...

but i dont think i want to spend that much on new shocks, so will the old shocks cope with lowering spring? considering i am only going 30mm lower? plus, is there any known problems with Lovell springs? thx

Pedders sag, i have prrof of that in my car.
Pedders are not variable rete, Kings are.
Kings do not sag.
That should answer the question of which springs.
As for Dampers, always replace them as they will leak with time. You may get away with it for a while.
Have you a price on Kings? I can get trade for Vic AMC members.
Also check your PM
Mal, I wish to take you up on that offer for a TP station wagon.

pedders are repainted shocks produced by someone else and inflated price. buy another brand.
lowering a car doesn't incease the handling unless the camber and geometry of the suspention is fixed to deal with the constant "sagged" suspention.
