Got some interesting stuff on the design differences, FWD V AWD.

was just reading that, it says that the gearbox is the same used in the EVO lancers.. so therefore wouldnt a lancer evo 5spd MANUAL gearbox slot streight in with minimal modifications???

isnt it just the gearbox casing thats the same? not sure if it is possible.

i dunno.. it says that the 5speed auto in the awd magnas is the same as whats in the evo lancer GTA or something, so if the auto from an evo fits then why wouldnt a manual is my way of thinking.. especially scene as the trasnfer case, front diff and rear diff are all evo 6 lancer equipment... maybe some modifications might need to be made to make it connect to a V6.. but surely someone would be able to modify it to fit..
