Hey...i recently brought a car n they came with spare lowering springs, but the owner didnt have any idea how low or brand. Is there anyway i can find out how low theyl make my ride without putting them in? as i dont wanna put springs in n only go an inch lower!

it would also help if you stated what sort of car. if its jap, then green springs would equal tein (more than likely)

Watch out for JUMBO's they are green springs as well, but they are shoddy!

 Are your lives worth less than a set of springs. Cutting springs or grinding them will
weaken them. When you shorten a spring it looses its weight capacity and can bottom out.
When you grind them, heat will change its properties. If you cool it too quick it'll become
brittle.
