Hey ppl, was wondering if any1 here has ever experienced this before....when the engine is hot after running a while.....when you come to a complete stop....the car nearly stalls....the revs drops and when they gets close to zero....it misfires, then quickly jumps back up to normal....barely escaping stalling.
Anyone have any idea...i have had alot of suggestions from different people, wanted to see what people on here could come up with.
Cheers :D

I've had this happen before too, as though the torque convertor didn't want to let go. I think it is to do with the slow reactions of the transmission.
What have you got? TE? TF? I think TH+ shouldn't have this problem.
Hows your transmission going?

Experienced taht in a camry courtesy car, the nrma guy siad it was the transmission. However that prob only appear on that car if you driven it too hard. Exactaly the same problem you mentioned above.

They have been warned down by something and have to get one part of four replaced.$145.. For a chip. Damn computers.. You are lucky yours doesnt stall. Mine did the other day just after dragging this other dead **** commodore off( Blew him away at lights lol) Only to have him pull up beside me at the next set and my car decides she tired and stalls.. Needless to say they thought it was funny. me i just started her up turned stereo up and drove off. Bad and embrassing ****. So think your car for not doing this to you.. LOL
