hey all,
This could possibly be my first post in the audio section.
I have crap audio gear in my car, like we're talking 2 6 by 9's off the tape deck head unit, mind you both are kenwood and are good quality.
It is time to do something about it. Like i have a near show car on the outside but need to to something about inside and ICE. Like i would consider a screen if the price is right.
So what can you suggest for my TS? it has to be betta quality and sound than my gf's car haha
cheers
Jase

thats neva gonna happen
if u can afford to get a better set up than me, u can afford to take me out to dinna :doubt:
So anyway, I can probably get u a nice little mp3 deck for around $400.. get a 4channel jaycar amp for $200 and then some decent splits and a 10" sub. the amp should handle it all well. Leave the 6x9s.
Unless u want a cheaper solution which would involve leaving out the amp.. and just upgrading all speakers and the HU.
Brands are very much a personal preference, especially in speakers. Shop around for a good sound, then look for pricings.. remember, between me and my friends we know alot of audio people.
And you know im gonna start charging you when u steal my cds ;P

go jaycar amp and speakers all round
you cant get any better value for money!!!!
their subs are well underrated, and their kevlar splits are really good too :)
