Hey all.
Just got a couple of questions that im hoping you can all help me with.
1. atm my magna is stock as a rock in the engine department. im coming up to holidays very soon, and i was considering putting in a CAI setup since its something I can do myself without to much trouble. I've tried searching AM forums for any info on setting up CAI for the TR magna but can't find all that much. Should prob mention its the Astron 2.6ltr EFI motor. Also does it respond well to a CAI setup?
2. recently my cars be having issues when starting. It would turn over, the revs would drop and the car will shudder untill it dies or i turn it off. I hear a ticking/buzzing noise coming from behind the glove box from what i can tell. I pop the bonnet, and theres a small black cylinder thats bolted across the top of the firewall (will try and get pics asap) with a few leads going in and out of it. It looks to me thats what is making the ticking/buzzing sound. But the funny thing is that as soon as open the bonnet and turn it over, it works flawlessly. Can anyone actually tell me what it does, and how i can fix the problem?
