Out of curiosity, i have considered the verada grill for my pwerter TJ, how much are they? Brand new and a rough price second hand?

I bought mine new, it was about $130.

Not sure how much they would be second hand, as there weren't any available at the time.

Maybe you should make some enquires at some wreckers first, to get an idea.

dosnt WTCHME's car have a verada grill on his TJ with a vrx kit. which look pretty good

just and observation......i have seen this silver (pewter) VJ verada (I had assumed) with window tint and sports trim and it look damn fine.......i really like the grille look :D

now im gonna check out its ass to see if its really a verada or a magna with a verade grille if I can find it again.....

I have found out that the VR-X grill its about $500 new

as i have been on the search for a grill for my car as mitsubishi are having problems with thier suppler of the standard grill which it worth about $83

I think they might be pricing you a Ralliart grille at $500, a VRX grille is the same as an Executive but has a colour coded outer rim. The Verada grille will fit no problems

I was at a dealership yesterday (the recall thing) and the guy at the parts counter quoted me $169 for the Xi verada Grill. Im gonna see if i can source one from the wreckes if poss :doubt:

hope you have better luck than me cause since the dealers have no idea when they will get the stard grill in the grills will be hard to find in the wreckers but if you happen to find 2 give me a yell I really need it for my car been on to mitsubishi quite a few times going to see if they will give me the VR-X grill at a lower price but let see what happens.

Buy one new as its plastic chrome and chips and looks crap when they are old.. Spend a few dollars more and get a brand spanker, best thing you could do i put one on my VRX and have never looked back since...

Thats what im thinkin, depending the condition and price of a 2nd hand one i might as well get a brand spanker. They look sweet on pewter :cool:

Order one it will take a week or two at the most should cost you about $160 unless you can get trade price...

Guys will a TJ exec or even a VRX grill fit on a TE-TF, i've heard it will but you need the bonnet as well? any difficulties in doing this or is it a straight bolt swap?

I don't think it will as that is a bit shorter than the TJ magna series

Same question as above but would one of the spunky verada grills fit a 97 TF?

just came back from the smash repairer it looks like the standard one i was waiting for

its through insurance (had a frontend accident)

its the standard grill with the boarder painted

i'll put a pic up when i get the rest of it on monday
