Hi guys i'm looking at getting some lights for the magna that fit into those slots in the front bar i was wondering if you can still get them from mitsu plus has anyone gotten any aftermarket ones etc. If so how much and where?
Thanks for your help guys.

I did my own foggies. You'll see from other threads that fitting OEM mitsi lights is expensive ($600 per pair plus costs of wiring), I purchased my (proper) fog lamps (as opposed to driving lights) for around $140 and had them wired up prfessionally. Check out this thread (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=6489). Yes OEM lights look heaps beter, but mine work and I had beer money at the end.

Yes driving lights are expensive new from Mitsubishi but you can still get them. At $600 or so for the pair I thought f that and went serching at wreckers etc where, if you can find a pair are still pretty exy. Ended up getting a pair for $200 off ebay but it took a while.
I have fitted them now using mounting brackets I made using drawings found on this site by Heathyoung. (I had to change a couple of measurements to the original plan for them to fit)
I think they look great, better than aftermarket ones and are worth the digging to get a pair at a cost which doesn't break the bank.
I agree its far less hassle to get a pro to wire them up for the cost v's effort/stuffing about. I plan to do this early in the new year as Chrissy and recent purchase of K&N filter purchase has put a strain on the budget.

hey mate
i got a set of aftermarket 1s
cost me $60 to buy which was damn cheap and they are VERY bright
cant remember the brand as i threw away the box but i bought them from a friend who imports stuff like this from china, taiwan and japan
they have 1 blue bulb and 1 normal bulb in them each and look great but they arent as big as the original fog lights so i recommend cuttin the plastic bit and just fittin them in so tat theres no gap

Typical price from mitsu a fair bit more than i expected but i guess thats a car co for ya. Thanks JO-KING but i won't be able to buy them off ya as i'm straped for cash atm and i have insureance due in jan i was thinking of getting some after i pay insureance.
I might go to a few wreckers and see what i can find you never know they might not relise how much these things are worth and sell them to me at a steal of a price, or i might go to some auto places and see what they can do.
Thanks for your help guys.

Good luck with the wrecking yard crawl. I tried that tack to no avail for quite a few months, but you never know, you may get lucky!! :)
Might pay to keep an eye on ebay aswell.
Cheers
