Hello ppl Just wondering what the best brands and specs for aftermarket fluids are to use in a 2000 VRX Manual are, I am going to change..
-Brake Fluid
- Manual Transaxle Fluid
- Power Steering
and anything else i could change about the 100k mark apart from the obvious spark plugs coolant timing belt ect..
Thanks

If you have the budget, use synthetics on those rarely changed fluids.
The synthetics handle heat a LOT better, and don't break down nearly as quickly as standard fluids.
I'd just use dot4 brake fluid though, unless your manuals specifically state you can run the silicone fluid. Silicone fluid can damage certain rubbers, and when changing over, you have to remove ALL the old fluid.
Regards, Andrew.
