Hi all, very simple question. Do the 3.0L and 3.5L magnas share the same Plennum Chamber and Throttle Body's???

The reason I'm asking is because I'm considering getting a 2nd TB and Plennum chamber from a wreckers and doing a polishing job (internal and external) on the Plennum chamber, and doing the DIY flowed TB mod. I want the spare TB incase I f*ck it up the first time, and the spare Plennum so that I can take my time polishing it up and just do a straight swap over.

Has anyone got any idea of how much I would be looking at for these parts in good condition from a wreckers??

the tb is the same im pretty sure

the plennum is not.

the parts would set you back anywhere up to $400 for a tb and plennum

You're sure the plenums are different? I thought that the plenum might be the same but the inlet manifold would have the difference. Mind you, you've done work in that area so would have a better idea if it's different.
