hey all, got a quick question.
my dad just had his rear skirt on his tj damaged and needs a new one. he's looking at getting the vrx rear. but in all the pics of the vrx it has 1 exhaust pipe thingy and his has the standard 2 little things. would this still fit okay or would it be in the way or something.
oh yeah if u cant tell already i dont know shit bout cars. so go easy on the technical terms thanks.

It could look funny but thats about it - it should fit fine - the standard muffler tips don't reach as far out as teh VR-X chrome tip - so you will have no issues.

Just tell him to get a new muffler - nice shiny tip to match the skirt!!

Well u can't change the tip on the current magna - you have to change teh muffler - you should be able to replace with a lukey muffler and chrome tip for as little as 150 installed

the rear skirt - you can get that from SSV (www.ssv.com.au) if u don't want to pay full mitsubishi price.

Your old man should just put a nice barrel muffler on to give it a nicer sounding note

It will fit perfectly fine and you won't have any clearance issues with the rear bar hitting the stock exhuast, however it will look odd without a muffler or tip filling up the indent.

We also stock the VR-X kits, check out the online store for details. Exactly the same as SSV.

Just a point if your dad has a tow bar on his Magna (as some people do) the VRX rear kit will not fit, unless you hot knife it. You dont want to do that as it will look like sh*t.
