Well you can buy them for about $200 from a few places down Sydney way...
I bought mine Direct from Overseas and imported them... (they are about the same price delivered but with a rew extra features.

they are there. just very well hidden. look about 2 mil directly across from the left indicator on the mirror.

wait maybe im wrong. i have seen this car before and now i cant remember. i think that he may have filled them in and put custom hidden releases in somewhere else kinda like a lamborghini

Mirrors are on my to-do list, like a lot of things. A lot of chicks are on that list as well
