nice i like those doors, adds a bit of class.
are they easy to do as i have a 97 verada that im in the process of doing up and i wouldnt mind retriming my doors with a different color vinyl to set it appart from the others. Any tips would be helpful to do this.

I have the same coloured TE sedan, and i did the door trims in that colour as well. It really suits the inside of the car. I'm thinking of the grey leather seats as something else to put in, but have seen TZA80Y's seats, and the leather doesnt look like it is very hard wearing.

thanks verada
is there anyone on here that could help me do this procedure in the newcastle area over the christmas break or near the dubbo area any other time. I just need someone to either help me or show me how to do this properly so i dont stuff something up even though it seems relativly simple
thanks all

i just used a contact adhesive spray but if i did again i would use a spreed on adhesive .I also used some thin foam in between the vinyl and door skin to give it a padded feeling.

I have enjoyed. Thats totally awesome. Off the scale!!!
Have you thought about doing the seats in a grey and a red to highlight the door trims even more???
Im thinking about doing the same thing but instead of vinyl I want to use some sort of fabric material with the foam in between, The only thing I worried about is the adhesive seaping through the material causing the material to go hard when it drys,
Any suggestions???
By the way the vinyl looks really good on your car :D
I would try the same thing but I dont have leather interior and Im not sure if it will mix with the cloth trim.

Talk to people at spotlight (if there is one in your state, I dunno if it's just NSW based), or at any craft store, they should help you out there. Alternatively you can talk to an upholsterer

I've got some spare time on my hands and want to do the same.
Just i dont know what colour to do my interior.
Got a white TJ magna...any ideas on the colour i should go with.
Oh and im thinking of using a suede type of material.
Cheers
