The temperature should sit exactly half and not move. Try checking your radiator hoses, radiator fluid. When was the last time you did a radiator flush? something to consider might be a blockage somewhere.
And as for the other problems, nearly ALL sound like trouble with your idle setting, what does your car idle at? my advice is raise the idle a couple of hundred RPM and all those problems should dissappear.

this could be the ISC motor commen problem to go in magnas if not i had a bad idle problem and it turned out to be the injector seals got them replaced plus the injecters cleaned and tested for around $120 just put your ear around the injectors and see if u can hear a hissing noise
Also heat gauge goes up and down, is there any way to cool the engine more?
That might be a water pump problem...unsure there

yes brown means its burn does it smell burnt as well?? best bet there is to flush the trans out and refill it all auto trans places do it for ya and doesnt cost to much

Its amazing how no Vehicle Repai places really know what there doing, when it comes to the 'Large amount of Vibration' coming from when my 92 TR is in Drive&Gear 2 , also increases when Air/con is on....
Have to See if its the ISC, injectors...
Transmission oil looks pritty brown, what colour should it be ?
Theres no burning smell though..
I also have an annoying squek coming from the Wheels(Front only) , Would this have to do with the bearings?
I can see my next services = $1000* grr

yeh id definately say its time for at least a tranny fluid flush. lots of vibrations at idle could be blocked fuel injectors and they may need to be removed and sonicated. Or the vibrations could be due to a cracked engine mount. But besides the tranny the cooling problem is biggest worry coz u really dont want your engine to overheat too much. It could be something as simple as a broken thermostat or leaking radiator tubes but could be as bad as you may need your radiator re-cored or something. Check all your fluid levels and make sure their topped up to correct levels. Other than that the only thing you can do is take it to a mechanic and ask him to do a full check up. could be anywhere from $500 to easily over a grand if it is some of the problems mentioned here.

Thanks will get a tranny flush during this week see how we go, and ask if they know anything about the vibration...
Also Does anyone know how to install LED washer lights, any diagrams, i know people make it sound easy, 'to a ground wire blah blah' im good with General electronics not car electronics...
If anyone can explain it let me know
thanks
