hey all.

i dont get much time with my car but a mate saw me the other day and my fog light wasnt working. i was wondering if there was a special type of globe i had to get to replace it and how much it would cost and how easy to put it in? thses might sound like stupid questions so u can gimme some sh1t about it if u want. lol as long as u answer my questions first :p

just a few screws to undo and take out ya foggy,
then the globe just twits out, eay to see how once you've got it out, then just go to an auto shop they are like $6 for a globe just make sure u get the same power/watt as the one u took out

cheers. i was hoping it was going to be that easy. now i just gotta find time. working a 60hr week in 5 or 6 days keeps me fairly busy.

Use a multimeter and make sure it is the globe thats stuffed. It could be a wiring issue... maybe

yer i know the feeling i do the same over a 7 day week though

yeh take out the globe n see if it is blown first

i had a quick look and i can only see how to undo the screws ubove the light but i dont think that wil do anything.....

Mine were an H3 globe. Removed two bolts on the inner side and yanked it out gently. Not too difficult once figured out. Doesn't take too long either.

feel at the back of the foggie and you will feel the plug for the wires unplug it then feel for the screw cap for the light unscrew it and find the globe inside clipped in uncip and replace it 3 min job cheers :D
