Hi,

I have a TE v6 3L (Non abs) Auto, after driving on the freeway or above 90km/ph for about 5 minutes a thumping noise starts up in the front right wheel. It sounds like a washing machine on spin cycle. What gets me though is that it only appears after a while, and there is no shaking in the steering wheel except when braking. Any ideas ?

u must have caught a plastic bag or something

When braking if there's shaking in the steering wheel your discs are probably warped.. good idea to get them machined!

The thumping noise sounds like its a bag or somethin..

its either 1 of these 3 things

your disks are warped, fcuk going and machining them, spend the little bit extra and buy brand new disks from mitsu or get a set of DBA's

could be your cv joints, very unlikely but get them checkd out

one of your wheels could have lost one of the little balancing weights

i dnt think it would be a bag because you would feel it all the time and your wheel would shake like a dildo
