I'm thinking of buying this head unit as it has everything I want/need.

Most of the reports of their gear seems pretty positive and the warehouse is down the gold coast so its not that far away if something goes wrong.
I'd just like to find out if people have had experiance with Planet Audio gear and what they think.
Cheers :D

If its made for the Aussie market then go for it. Thats a pretty good price if its got everything you want. Just ensure the fm bands are in the same steps as ours and not in US increments. Otherwise you wont be able to hear any decent fm radio.
do you reaaallly need to get something off ebay? JB hifi has headunits at like, 150 bucks these days, and they have the same functions and abilities as the planet audio one.
Look at the remote control...does it look like a photochop to me? looks rather fake :P

Here's their website from the states

It looks quite good and the warehouse is an hour's drive away if something goes wrong.

Well I went ahead and got the head unit and just finished installing it. Sounds great. Works perfectly and I reckon its great value for money. I'm really happy with the purchase.
