Just curious on the differences between te and tf.

They look identical to me externally and mechanically, the only slight difference is probably the cupholder which te dont have them. apart from them i cant pick out any other difference.

Wonder if anyone here know a bit more about the differences between te & tf.

Another thing is taht the tf magna's (well executiove at least) doesnt have any alarm system installed in them. Is it becoz they got the immoblisers or simply cost cutting? Even Tn magna's my dad owned previously has an alarm in it.

I was surprised to find out that some TE's were 2.4's... I cant say I have ever seen one, but I know they exist. Amazing, but yeah the cup holders are a bit of a favourite with the AM members... almost disturbingly in fact.

RedDevil has a TE, it's a 4cyl 2.4.

you could get a TF 2.4 in the exec.

another difference is that the TE didn't have the speed alert, TF did.
also the ALTERA "LS" was brought out with TF.

I own a 2.4L TE

but on other note, I think the TF Altera LS also has Power Windows, which i dont think u get in a TE

Does anyone own a TF with Stock Power window buttons....if so can u plz post up the pics for me
