Can I have someone who has a adjustable FPR with a gauge, next time they are under their bonnet check and see what psi or the like their fuel pump puts out with the vacuum hose removed.I am trying to figure out what the OEM pump puts out (max).Mine does not seem to want to pump more then 50psi (vac off), no matter what the idle psi (40-50psi OR 45-50psi etc.,)Thanks

40 psi sounds about right, most efi cars have 40-45psi, turbo's have slightly larger as they have rising rate regulators as standard generaly. in open loop, u can have 20psi and the ecu will just open the injectors longer to compensate. in closed loop it just uses a predetermined fuel map and pulses the injectors as per rpm and throttle position, this is where fiddling with the fuel pressure can become helpful/detremental
