do a search for a Greddy E-Manage (pron. gee-red-dee, ee-man-age).

The last few tuners I've spoken to have said there's not much between them gain wise in a simple NA application. The GReddy can be more flexibile.

The reality is that many 'chips' are not programmed in a car on a dyno. The Haltechs, EGreddy's etc are programmed to YOUR car on a dyno with YOUR mods to YOUR specs and driving style.
For example; Scott's Dyno in Newcastle pulled an extra 36kw atw(!!) from a n/a XR6 just before xmas with the Haltech ecu, exhaust and headers etc, I'm told.
Go figure. Saves having to dyno the chip AFTER you install it to find out that its b.s.
Haltech only from about $1000 + tuning.
Chips I've seen are about $850+.
Hope this helps.

Additionally, the Haltechs and other aftermarket ecu's can handle turbo and supercharging applications if you decide to later down the track . Just plug in the laptop and reprogram on the dyno. Too easy. :D
