does anyone here know if the ring gear is on the converter or flex plate in the 4speed auto tranny?

it's not in the convertor, if you're referring to the trans ring gear, then it is in the transmission, just after the torque convertor.

i think he means is it on the fly wheel or the tourqe converter

no i am trying to get a torque converter but the guy wants to know if the torque converter is conneted to the flex plate or the ring gear??? i know its in the tranny and i know its not in the torque converter. thanks :D

anybody with who can take a picture of the torque converter and send it to me?
a picture of the torque converter would help me as well. thanks
