Hey all can anyone tell me where a good place to get some parts for the car, as good ol mitsu dealers charge out there arse for the smallest things.....$120 for a disi cap where i got a quote from a local place in cronulla Pep's fro $78. But what i'm lookin for is the rotor button. Can anyone help me out. A place close to the shire would be good.

go to repco for both. they'll have it in the same day if u order in the morning

i went to repco and got a dizzy cap (V6 3.0L) for $47
and the rotor for $10

Im with the above Repco or Auto One. Repco seem to have better prices usually.

Thats better then the price I got quoted, $160 for genuine dizzy cap, your better off just finding on in good nick at a wreckers.

Ive just changed the disi and rotor plugs and leads and still the problem persists. When i pulled off the plenum the inside was very dark and smelt very oily????????? Also the plugs had a little bit of oil on them ( just put in some new Mobile 1 )

Well have thought of something the rotor design can be placed on three ways ( by the look of it) so i am thinking have i put it on ahead or behind where it should be. Seems to be a bit of unburnt fuel in plenum, so maybe it's getting fuel way before spark or what i thought being fuel just after spark??????????????
Will try to sort it out. But if anyone knows about the rotor and positions could they let me know.
