Help!

The Missus took out my side mirror while reversing out of the garage - it unfolded right before my very eyes. :slap:

Anyone know how to open up the side mirror? I've got it off the car etc, just need to open it to reseat the electric mirror stems.

Is there an easy way? Looks like it could prise open from the bottom around the edge where two slots appear. I tried it and it didn't want to come easy so I stopped.

Help needed! :cry:

I've tried this in the past and failed, though I do have one for sale should you be looking to by a second hand one as a replacement.
