Righto the mission has begun, on monday im ordering a new set of front springs, now here is what i want to know, how low can i go with out looking knobby???
also I ordering a set of rear springs about 2 years ago that were sposed to be heavy duty, which should of made the rear end sit a tad higher, but they didnt, so i assumed that he ordered me standard springs, so here is the question.....
is there any way to tell that i got what i paid for? I dont wanna buy and fit "lowered springs" if they arent gonna be, ya know what i mean?????
I'm going 30mm, just over an inch. It's subtle, but it's there.

I don't think there's enough wheelarch for 18s in a first gen.
Wouldn't go superlow on the rear, especially in the wagons.

yeah thats what i thought, the guy didnt say no at the tyre place tho... probably 17's would be the best bet not too sure tho...he said they would do a fitting test once i decided what i want.
But remember, yours being a GLX, 16 is pretty much the biggest you can go, legally, unless you really want to try and get it engineered.

supercheap dosent stock them, but they can order them in from the manufacturer. like alot of the things they sell...
itsubish, which supercheap is this from in town? cause i got a quote from a mate who works at supercheap. $130 for front and $130 for back im pretty sure. they were both the same price anyhow, and that is without discount. this is from the one at canon park.

TM-SE-RED - I got my price from top gear in hermit park, they say $140 approx. but I dont know about going back there cause of the stuff up with the rear springs ?? but anyway I will prolly do the ring around and see what the best price in town is at the moment.

Should, unless you can do the labor yourself or you're springs are fairly new. Reason being is you have to do the same process for changing the springs that you do for changing the shocks. So you cut out the labor of doing one of them if you have them done at the same time.
