Hey Guys and Gals
Now that I have decided to keep my TS (cant bring myself to sell her....) I am goiin down the 18's/lowered/tint road.
If anyone has photos of 2nd gens with 18's, can you post them in here, as well as opinions of what you think are good wheels, as I am stuck (only have the XHP Scorches on my list at the moment).
Also, with regards to lowering, can I get superlows allround? I have heard that one end (front or back im not sure) you couldnt get superlows..
Cheers People

the dont make super lows for TR rears anymore.. youll have to compress a set of lows perhaps.
Also someone told me that they dont make superlows for the front aswell now. But that cant be because the TR front springs are the same as a TE-onwards front springs, so they use the same kind and superlows for those cars ar available..
have a look and double check tho

Hmmm that would explain why my car has lovell springs all round but the front seems and looks a fair bit lower than the rear. I reackon mine has superlows on the front and normal lowered on the back.
The front is pissing me off coz it bottoms out and scrapes too easily so i think im gona ged rid of all the lovells and put a new set of equally lowered springs all round.
Oh and personally i would get ROH Adrenalin shadow chrome, but thats for my car since its black with dark tint. Might not suit a white car.

They look much more like 19s.. I like the front lip but it really needs side skirts and a rear lip to even it up.

Hi guys,
Mine is a 1994 Magna Executive, Auto 2.6l...from Perth... Think it should be a TR... Intend to change to 17" alloy rims... wonder if
1) What the wheel size is??
2) What should I look for?
3) What's the price range, if together with tyres or without tyres, keeping the current ones??
Thanks

1) The rubber for a 17" rim? I think 225/50's are suitable, but double check on that
2) Look for anything you like. Again, buy rubber to your affordability, however you must find one with a load rating of at least 89 (For 2nd gens).
3) Not sure, i've never bought new wheels before, I think they average around $1200 a set.

I dropped my car 2" with Dobinson springs. Dunno if that'll be of any help to you...
