Ok guys,
This one has got me! But hey, I'm no genious auto electrition or even DIY mechanic so that is not hard. But...The beast is off the road!!!!!!!!!!
Ok here's the story, over the past few months have installed a Redback straight trough cat-back, a K&N Panel and in the last few weeks, wired up my own driving lights and self installed a Powerchip. It came to my attention that I should reset the ecu to "re-map" the engin and computer sh*t. After disconnecting the battery, it sais that you should try and put the car through as many driving styles as possible over the next 100 k's. So I began, flogged the sh*t out of it, drove like a granny, cruised on a highway and sat in traffic. All was mostly ok, but occasionally it felt like it was missfiring or the fuel wasn't getting through. It would sorta guzzle a bit, the tacko would go crazy flying around to 10,000 revs and all sorta sh*t (but it wasn't really revving that high just the needle), it wasn't that bad and I thought it was just the car adjusting (in a f#*!en harsh way but just adjusting). Until this morning I wen't to start her up and, no love! It is clicking over (battery and starter motor noise it fine) just not kicking over - seems like there is no fuel getting in!
Can anybody help? Could it be the powerchip? Has anyone had this sae problem.
Also it is still under warranty.... But so many mods, they probably will say it was one of them that caused it!
Any help would be much appreciated!
P.S. I am getting RACQ in to have a look after work, i'll let everyone know what it was if he fixes it
