Thanks for the comments guys, i know i need slimlines BAD!, get rid of those stupid lpg stickers as well (hasn't had lpg in there for over a year). Rims are the next mod, probably do lowering at the same time, but that wont be til around july. I dont like the look of my towbar but it's saved my car, so i cant take it off (sentimental value ;)).

also as much as i like ur car cause it looks like mine. its kinda strange with that huge wing and chrom hubcaps and stock height.

Yeh the height and rims are the next to go, hopefully have the money saved up for them by about july. Also thinking KS headlights, and if i get through all that i can start saving some money for the engine (got a couple of ideas running through my mind atm).

the re-treads on your wheels wont last any high speeds that the spoiler is going to need to create downforce on your already rear heavy fwd car that has 10 year old stock suspension.

Nice work mate, you have done heaps over the last few months, very noticable. It's great to see the 1st and 2nd gens getting some new life. Just be mindful that you are possibly going to attract other forms of attention, especially on P's, so keep your eagle eyes focused and careful on the pedal... anyway, enough lecture.... enjoy!!

thats coming along nicely! i've always been a fan of the 2nd gen shape, they can come up so clean and smooth.

i don't need 2 say it coz it already has plenty of times, i can't wait to see it lowered with rims! a nice set of gold 6-8 spoke rally rims would look sweet

I dont like the look of y towbar but it's saved my car, so i cant take it off (sentimental value ;)).

Get a chrome cover from Repco or similar. $5 or so, looks heaps snazzier.

I swear i've been driving only about an hour today and already seen about 6-7 cop cars, each time i hide behind the steering wheel (yeh cuz they cant see my car when i do that :nuts: ). I dunno if my car is illegal, but it's certainly not stock :P, maybe they are just trying to scare me.
Yeh i cant wait for rims too and i'm 85% positive i'm coming to the cruise on sunday.
Also how cool are LED brake lights? when i brake if there's any signs behind me (even like 20-30metres away) they light up bright red :bowrofl: . Driving this car now is sooooo cool, it's like i'm sitting in a racing game. It takes some time getting used to having a massive spoiler behind you though, i've reversed a couple of times and **** myself cuz i thought i was reversing into a car hehe.
My car is definatly turning some heads! I drove into my driveway today and people who were out in the street were just staring at my car very curiously.

Anyway thanks for the comments guys, rims and lowering will definatly be the next mod i'll be saving up for. Also been planning on getting a chrome towball cover for ages cuz i havn't rewarded it for saving the arse of the car yet ;). As for the chrome hubbies, well i might be sanding back my stock hubbies and re-painting them metallic silver. I'll have to think about it.

Very nice! Love the wing man, it really fills up the arse end of the car. Grill is pretty cool too.
And the 2-tone suits it.

Just 1 suggestion, you should de-badge the "executive" and the "magna" badges too.
