is there any holes in the fire wall for wires or can i make one does it matter where
im shore its been done just where to do it ? can anyone help its for the power wire and some driving light wires as well

I have a TJ and assuming they are the same there is a gromet type rubber plug thing behind the engine in about the middle of the car (slightly to the right) I had the help of a mate so I pinched the thick rubber with some needle nose plyers and my mate carefully cut a hole about an inch long with wire cutters or equivelant (tin snips etc...) then feed the power cable through to the right and you should be able to grab it fromt he top right of the passenger footwell...

Is simpler than it sounds. And thats just how I did it anyway...

oh and yes, you can do it anywhere, as long as you make sure you can get into the car compartment easily without cutting anything ealse and also try to only make the incision as big as it needs to be. No more than 1 inch - At the most!
