Hey guys just need help on an aftermarket muffler, i need to go for rego soon and theres a whole in my stock muffler, i was thinking to get a cannon, not too outrageous, instead of the original crap which i got quoted $180 for, the exhaust is still stock and im looking for a decent cannon that will mount right onto the original piping, what are the price ranges for it and whats a good place to get it from around Sydney? cheers, p.s are they easy to fit yourself, or will i need to get someone to cut a bigger hole in the back bumper for it to fit thru?
forgot to mention another thing is the factory exhaust a straight exhaust set up, and what are the dimensions of the inlet? cheers

Dont get a cannon, they're horrible! Just get a gereric hi-flow sports muffler, cost me $110 bucks installed.

Hows about something like this?. It's the AL4-5711 rear section w/ Lukey LR2779 can, suits 4 cyl and 6. I'd can't say I'm a fan of cannons as I personaly believe that cannons have a certain 'fap-fap-fap' factor about them. Of course, if you really want a cannon then the best thing you can do is go down to your local and get a quote. It's obviously got a dual-tip on it, buggers me if I can remember what diameter the tips are tho.

That's pretty much a contradiction when you're talking about cannons.
