as far as i know, there is no lips or skirts or simple bolt ons (much like the sports wagon kit 4 tha 3rd gens) available for the 2nd gens. If u do find sum, plz let us all know with pics and price, but other than that its custom.
You could get an existing kit modified yes, but price im not sure on

last time i looked into it i found that the s13 s14 silvias and R32 skylines were the closest fitting front bars and aparently subaru side skirts are the only ones you can put on unless you fibreglass them on to the body. but it is realy just a front lip that i am after.

mayby i should make and mold one out of MDF and bog then use it as a mold for a custom fibreglass one

Heres an idea, all you need is another stock 2nd gen front bumper. Heres a link on the R31skyline club forums explaining how to do it, not a bad idea, works well with the 31 bumpers, although Im not sure how it'd look with the kinda curved 2nd gen magna bumpers, have a read....

Most of the Diamante's have a small lip on the front. Should be able to buy one from an importer.......

www.ssv.com.au have a full body kit for the 2nd gen but it is VERY expensive for what it is. You could always learn fibreglassing, i tried and failed :P. i heard theres a nissan that fits pretty well, i'm pretty sure Kim had a modified nissan front bumper.
