ok on the way home from school today siting in the school carpark waiting to get out ( sat there for 10 mins ). the car was running fine ideling at about 800-1000rpm then when it seemed to warm up a bit more ( after driving for around 2km) it just dies it doesnt idel it just loses all power and i was coming up to a roundabout at 60km went to put it back to 3rd and didnt change quick enough it fell bellow 1000rpm and died cause no power steering or brakes so had to quickly get the hand brake up resulting in 2x 360 turns . so if the car drops bellow 1000rpm it dies. u have to keep the accelerator on the keep it up on 1000rpm or there is no power at all.
i rang magna wreck and asked them they said check all vacum hoses and air filter it is all fine gunna check the plugs wen the motor is cold other wise the ecu wat do u guys recon????


Owe yeah its a 1994 ts sedan 3l v6 manual with 200 000km on the clock if that helps at all.

Possibly the ISC motor (Idle Speed Control motor)

reset the ECU, take it for a flogging
